Yes, you can. The main limitations with the Mach3 demo are the 500 line limit, and Run from Here doesn't work. Some things in Turn and Plasma may not work as well.
Another thing is that it is not clear to me what the differences are between M3 and the different versions of M4, to me M4 Hobby seems a lot more crippled than I'd like, and M4 Pro (or whatever it is called) is far too expensive.
The difference between Mach4 Hobby and Industrial is mainly two things, I believe. Mach4 Industrial adds Fanuc macro B capabilities, and phone support.The reason that Mach4 Hobby seems limited may be because it's just not finished yet.
